Sakurai Reika is known for her “Fail Chara” in Nogizaka46, And as a captain she thinks herself as an incompetent one and does not have the self confidence in voicing out her her thoughts, rather than giving the members orders she prefers to let them be. she’s the type of person who behaves like a spoiled child but even with that she proved us that she’s willing to do anything for her beloved Nogizaka46 group. Remember her bungee jumping for Nogizaka’s 6th single? And According to her very close friend Wakatsuki Yumi *ehemotpehem*, Reika is someone who’s good in Balancing relationship between members and a very good listener, and to become a good leader one must listen a lot in order to understand the needs and desire of your members, Right? Right.
